The Driving Edge reserves the right to withdraw pupils from the practical test if it is deemed by the instructor that they cannot control the vehicle adequately and this would endanger the examiner and other road users. This would usually be after a mock test well in advance of the practical test. In extreme circumstances this could result in a loss of the test fee with no refund for the pupil if the mock test is at short notice.

 The Driving Edge may charge a half price cancellation lesson fee if the pupil cancels their lesson within 48 hrs of the lesson taking place.

 The Driving Edge may not be able to offer all Special Offers listed if the pupil has already booked their practical test and only needs a few lessons. The Special Offers may also not be available with Automatic Driving and Fleet Driving.

 The Beginners Offer - 10hrs for £98 is only available to complete beginners. The first lesson is based on controls of the car and must be taken in 2hr blocks. The £98 must be paid in full in advance and is non refundable. The first 6 hrs are taken at the start of the training and the remaining 4 hrs are taken at the end of the training up to and including your driving test. If there is time gap of more than one month in between lessons then the offer above becomes void and prices will revert to normal pricing.

 It is not possible to book the special offers and then a Driving Course (or visa versa). One or the other must be chosen at the start of your driving lessons/driving programme.

 The Driving Edge are not responsible for test failure due to the cancellation of practical or theory tests due to eyesight problems or pupils not providing both parts of their licence (counterpart paper and photo licences). Driving Edge is also not responsible for tests rearranged due industrial action taken by DSA test examiners.

 In extreme circumstances, the Driving Edge cannot be responsible for cancellation of practical driving tests (either before or during) as a result of mechanical breakdown/vehicle fitness.

 Driving Edge cannot issue refunds for driving lessons/driving courses booked and paid for in advance. This includes full payments made for the special offers (5 hrs for £55, 10hrs for £150 and 10 hrs for £98 Beginner).

 Driving Edge cannot be responsible for cancellation of practical driving tests (either before or during) as a result of unsuitable weather conditions or examiner unavailability.

 Driving Edge cannot be responsible for the cancellation of driving lessons due to Driving Instructor's ill health or unavailability due to extreme circumstances such as bereavement.

 Driving Edge cannot be responsible for the cancellation of practical driving tests/driving lessons due to adverse weather conditions or vehicle mechanical breakdown/vehicle unsuitability.
